[While going through that, um, experience with her own Shadow was certainly harrowing in and of itself, and Elsa's was arguably worse, even she had to admit that though she probably shouldn't be enjoying herself this much, wailing on Shadows was awesome. Sure, the glasses look a bit dorky on her, but they work to see through the fog, and they're all the better to see her Persona with. Using it was a bit tricky, though, and getting it to form properly took a bit of practice...

When she had told Cynthia about finding The Star, her fellow princess was quick to draw a comparison with the main character of a...relatively bizarre story she had stumbled upon in her travels. It was about an intense tough-guy who solves his problems with his fists, and beats up enemies with a spirit that fights alongside him called a Stand. Now, it seemed pretty ridiculous to Anna (which was probably why her friend enjoyed it so much), but his Stand was also named after The Star, and it was one that can throw a thousand punches a second with impossible precision. The excitable girls had a good laugh about it, imagining how convenient it would've been to have a punch-ghost like that to knock her ex off a boat and yelling nonsense like ORA ORA ORA ORA the whole time...

But this was even better than that. A million times better than that. This wasn't a punch-ghost. It was Joan. The Joan. The Joan that she read about as a child, the Joan who saved France, the Joan who was hanging on her wall in the foyer. And there she was, fighting Shadows and utterly annihilating them. The two Shadows standing before the girl and her Persona or Stand or who cares it's freaking Joan of Arc went up in flames almost as soon as Naomi gives her warning. And despite the potential severity of the situation, Anna's having the time of her life.]

This is the greatest thing ever!
