So you're looking to recruit people for it -- I understand now. I guess you could always look online and see if there's any people looking to join one? And if there's not, you could at least advertise.

I do! As long as you're clear about what sort of adventuring it is and you look into what you're allowed to do (the laws around that kind of thing might be a bit different here) I don't see why it'd be a bad idea.

Of course we would. We know you're a capable leader and so long as we knew we wouldn't be walking into anything too dangerous (which you'd never lead us into) I don't see any reason why people wouldn't follow you.

And it's not really like we have "duties" in the Glaive. It's more... well it's a little hard to put into words, I guess. But it's not like it'd conflict with anything if we went with you.

It is very kind of you to say such things, and I would gladly have you in my guild, but I do not I agree. I have not shown myself to be a capable leader, and I believe the others see me in a light more akin to a mascot.

Then don't you think that doing this and asking them to follow you -- showing them exactly what kind of leader you can be -- would be the perfect way of proving them wrong?
